AI systems that do the admin for small businesses.
Built and run in my own business first.
I'm Ben Goldsmith. I run a letting agency in Bristol, and much of its daily admin is now done by systems I built: enquiries followed up, viewings booked, phone calls logged, certificates checked and filed. Goldsmith Works builds the same kind of system for other small businesses, set up in your brand and looked after for you.

Agent Ready
Letting agents, landlords and tenants are updated automatically on every job. Each certificate is checked before it goes out, and last year's certificates book themselves back in.
How it works
Wedding venues
Engagement season campaigns
A ready-to-run campaign for the weeks after Christmas: a page in the venue's own look, emails, posts and an open day, so new enquiries turn into viewings.

The systems behind my own agency
Applications assessed, viewings booked, calls logged, compliance checked and a watchdog making sure every routine ran. All of it runs every day.
What runs, and whenOne call, then I do the building
A 30-minute call
You tell me where your time goes. I tell you plainly whether a system would help, what it would do and what it would cost. If it wouldn't help, I'll say so.
I build it, in your brand
You give me what I need once, such as last year's customer list. I set everything up and write every message, and you read them before anything goes live.
It runs, and I look after it
After that it runs on its own, day and night. I keep an eye on it and fix anything that stops working.
I use what I sell
Every system I build for a client follows the rules I set for my own agency. Nothing goes to a customer until I've approved the wording. Anything unusual comes to a person, not a guess. And a separate check runs through the day to make sure every job actually happened.
